Who Am i

My name is Aaron Turner. I am married to my beautiful wife, Laura, and we have two amazing kids, Matthew and Catherine. We have been serving in various forms of ministry for 15+ years and look forward to serving alongside you.

I'm driven by a passion to see churches and their leaders flourish. As a certified church consultant through ChurchAnswers.com and a current Executive Pastor, I bring a wealth of practical experience and ministry expertise to my coaching practice.

Over the years, I've served in various ministry roles, including guest services, worship leading, and church planting. These experiences have given me a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities that churches face. I'm also actively involved in church planting assessment, serving as a Lead Assessor for a church planting organization.

My coaching approach is rooted in a deep understanding of church dynamics, leadership development, and spiritual gifts. To help individuals and teams uncover their unique talents and potential, I utilize powerful assessment tools such as the Working Genius Assessment and the Gallup StrengthsFinder Assessment. These tools provide valuable insights into how people work best, leading to greater self-awareness, improved team dynamics, and increased effectiveness in ministry.
